Senior Supplier Quality Engineer [Automotive / Electronics]

We are currently looking for a Senior SQE for a leading player in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 20 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Lead component qualification to ensure a seamless Start of Production (SOP), addressing any quality or readiness issues proactively.
• Oversee new component development, including risk assessment and recovery planning in cases of target deviation.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive timely corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.
• Manage outcomes of process audits, ensuring action plans are in place for any risks impacting SOP or production ramp-up.
• Support supplier development in collaboration with Procurement, aligned with Global Supplier Quality Manual standards.
• Validate and onboard new suppliers in partnership with Procurement and Engineering teams.
• Promote NPI tools such as technical reviews, program reviews, and process validations throughout the product development cycle.
• Resolve supplier quality issues, including customer complaints, through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective / preventive actions.
• Conduct regular supplier audits, including sub-suppliers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.
• Define and implement quality control processes, ensuring supplier compliance and supporting resolution of incoming material issues.
