Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Promote and sell mobile devices to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and returns.
• Set up and maintain product displays, keeping the retail area organized.
• Provide sales reports and customer feedback to the store manager.

Working hours and compensation

Working hours : Shift rotation (5 days work, 2 days off)

Salary : RM2300 + Commission
