About the role

Annura Clinic is seeking an experienced Panel Claim Officer / Account Officer to join our team in Kangar, Perlis. This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing the clinic's panel claims and accounts processes, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing and submitting panel claims to insurance providers in a timely and compliant manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of panel claims, payments, and account balances
  • Liaising with insurance providers and patients to resolve any billing or payment issues
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data and processes
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounts or panel claims role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance claim procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
