To manage the complete lifecycle of employee computing devices (provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting) with both deskside and remote support. Expertise in Windows OS and Microsoft Intune / Autopilot is mandatory.

The manager leads a highly operational IT Support team focused on proactively managing the entire lifecycle of employee devices. They require staff skilled in Windows OS and Intune / Autopilot to provide efficient deskside and remote support.
