Overview

Deputy Boutique Manager role at Piaget Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The position supports the Boutique Manager in developing and managing the team and operations to achieve sales through high levels of customer service and engagement, in line with the Maison’s heritage and values. Reports to the Boutique Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management : Guide and manage the Boutique Team to achieve budget sales in accordance with the Brand’s strategy. Analyze sales data and retail dashboards to drive effective action plans with the Boutique Manager. Supervise staff to meet KPIs by optimizing resources. Support key Company initiatives to grow the business. Manage stock to ensure best sellers are available as needed and capture sales opportunities. Train the team to deliver best-in-class service to all clients.
  • Staff Management : Assist the Boutique Manager in coaching, training and developing staff. Monitor staff sales and KPIs regularly to ensure they are on track. Help develop staff with yearly plans and provide performance guidance. Manage rostering to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Client Management : Drive effective client recruitment through discovery, data collection and follow-up. Ensure an impeccable client journey from initial contact, appointments, in-boutique experience, to post-follow up for existing and prospective clients. Support CRM planning and client engagement activities to ensure ROI.
  • Operations : Ensure impeccable boutique housekeeping, grooming, VM display and maintenance. Implement hospitality requirements as set by the Brand. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire and health regulations and local regulations and Group policies.

Required and preferred qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years in supervisory positions in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in watches and jewelry is a plus
