Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Opus Hospitality Group, with on-site locations at BT Signatures Residences and Imperial KLCC by Opus Hospitality. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the front office, manage receptionist duties, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for supervising and training front office staff, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and resolving guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills to manage and train front office staff
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff
  • Proficiency in using reservation and front desk management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus
