Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Opus Hospitality Group, with on-site locations at BT Signatures Residences and Imperial KLCC by Opus Hospitality. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the front office, manage receptionist duties, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for supervising and training front office staff, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and resolving guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
