Solution Architect – Banking Platforms (Vietnam)

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Solution Architect to join a leading Australian bank as part of its growing technology capability in Vietnam. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to design and deliver modern, scalable, and secure architecture solutions across one of the bank’s key transformation domains such as Unsecured Lending, Loyalty Programs, or Customer Contact Centre modernisation.

THE ROLE :
As a Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for developing and guiding solution designs that align business goals with enterprise architecture principles. Working closely with product owners, engineers, and global architecture teams, you’ll ensure all solutions are cloud‑ready, secure, compliant, and customer‑centric.
Depending on your background, you’ll be assigned to one of three core streams :
1. Unsecured Lending
Design architecture for lending platforms, credit assessment systems, and loan origination workflows.Leverage cloud integration (AWS / Azure) and APIs to enable seamless system connectivity.Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy are embedded in all solutions.2. Loyalty Scheme
Design end‑to‑end architectures for customer loyalty ecosystems, similar to Flybuys or Qantas Frequent Flyer.Ensure alignment with local market compliance and data handling regulations.Develop scalable cloud‑based solutions for customer engagement and data integration.Architect next‑generation customer engagement platforms, including chatbots, voice bots, voiceprint authentication, and AI‑driven call routing.Integrate cloud‑native contact centre technologies such as Genesys or Amazon Connect.Enhance digital engagement through secure, frictionless customer experiences.Across all streams, you will :
Develop architecture artefacts, roadmaps, and design patterns.Ensure end‑to‑end solution integrity across business, data, application, and infrastructure layers.Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise governance, compliance, and business priorities.COMPANY :

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
Proven experience as a Solution Architect (mid‑senior level) in banking, finance, or enterprise technology environments.Expertise across one or more of the following domains : Unsecured Lending, Loyalty Programs, or Contact Centre platforms.Solid technical foundation in cloud architecture (AWS / Azure), API integrations, and security frameworks.Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data flows, and governance models.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business teams.A proactive, solution‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical capability.To apply, click the link and upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), or send your CV directly to .
