What You Will Do
- Sales Strategy & Lead Generation
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth for TSL Malaysia.
Explore creative ways to generate leads, including participation in events and launches to expand our network.Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and connect with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
Actively prospect, pitch, and convert leads into long-term clients.Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and build strong long-term relationships.Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring continued trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.Proposal, Presentation & NegotiationCraft customised proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
Deliver compelling presentations to showcase TSL’s value and offerings.Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.Internal CollaborationWork closely with internal teams, including project management and creative departments, to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
Collaborate with Finance to address payment issues and assist clients with related inquiries, ensuring a smooth post-sale experience.Reporting & ForecastingPrepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Keep the Head of Sales updated on progress, challenges, and pipeline status.Market AwarenessStay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights that enhance our sales strategy.
A Successful Candidate Should Have
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Familiarity with new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry, particularly in Malaysian media landscape.Existing network of contacts within the Malaysian media, advertising, or marketing industry is a strong advantage.Proficient in preparing reports, tracking pipelines, and using sales CRM tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.Strong strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of effective negotiation and problem-solving to drive business outcomes.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
