Business Development Manager (International)

Support the Sales Manager and Head of Department in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives and expand market share.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, sustained satisfaction and long‑term business relationships.
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or surpassing individual and team sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and markets within industrial and engineering sectors.
Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
Liaise with manufacturers and principals to build strong and lasting relationships.
Ensure effective project planning and pre‑ and post‑sale follow‑through by coordinating closely with the Service Department, other internal teams, and vendors to provide seamless solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.

At least 5‑7 years of relevant sales experience.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Possess a valid driving licence and own a car.

Willing to travel overseas for occasional work‑related trips or training on short notice.

Candidates with strong credentials and a good track record may be considered for a managerial position.
