Assembly Engineering Senior Manager

Job Description

Managing subcon assembly engineering performance. In your new role you will :

• Manage subcon assembly engineering performance in terms of :
• Drive subcon performance KPIs (Yield, Quality, OEE, etc.)
• Full engagement in new product ramp‑up team and manage safe launch introduction
• Support technical capability assessment at subcon
• Major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive improvement
• Drive together with subcon on assembly yield improvement
• Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup / buy‑off procedures with subcon
• Continue optimizing process control and monitoring
• Support deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities
• Manage assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP)
