Finance Officer Accounts Payable (12 months contract)

Responsible for verifying and approving employees’ expense claims and maintaining accurate records of vendors’ invoices, ensuring timely payments and e‑invoice validation for vendor and business partner incentive payouts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Verify and approve staff claim reimbursements in Workday Expense module, adhering to company policies.
  • Verify and post vendor invoices accurately and on time; apply taxes (SST, withholding).
  • Reconcile vendor statement of account to AP ledger.
  • Prepare AP related journal vouchers and support month‑end closing.
  • Support e‑invoice validation for business partners incentive payouts.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in administration and operations.
  • Assist with fixed‑asset and inventory physical counts.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects and maintain organized filing of documents.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communication with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly proactive, self‑motivated, initiative‑taking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
