Production Supervisor

Basic Function

Coordinate the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role involves managing production staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between management and the production floor, ensuring that schedules are met and resources are optimized.

Function Management

• Production Planning & Execution : Ensure daily production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness.
• Resource Optimization : Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Process Monitoring & Control : Monitor production processes and take corrective actions to address deviations.
• Downtime Management : Identify root causes of equipment or process downtime and implement preventive measures.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and process parameters.

People Management

Qualification
