Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining financial performance. Additional tasks include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of service in food and beverage, reception, and other hotel services.

• Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales
• Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in hotel management is an advantage
