Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties. Job Responsibility
- Tasks include assist senior supervisor in :
- Making moulds by hand or using lathe / milling machines
- Making jigs for use in metal stamping processes
- Metal Fabrication according to customers' drawing
- CNC Lathe / Milling, Robotic Arm Welding / Manual Welding, Stamping, Tapping, Drilling etc
- CNC Bending, Laser Cut Metal Sheets
- Participate in design of mould and production planning
- Install and remove mould according to production planning processes
- Machine Maintenance / Repair
- Quality Control & packing
- Co-ordinate with other colleagues in completing tasks
- Perform cleaning duty roster in maintaining cleanliness of factory
