Supervise and support the mechanical team in hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Plan, execute, and participate in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
Analyze machine performance and mechanical systems to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
Oversee installation, testing, and upgrades of new equipment and existing mechanical systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring all machines operate at optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and OSH requirements.
Manage mechanical-related projects, including equipment upgrades, system improvements, and new installations.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and improvement proposals for management.
Work closely with the production team and other departments to ensure smooth mill operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, food processing, or mill operations is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in mechanical maintenance.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings is an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance management systems is a plus.
Good leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to manage a technical team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
