As a design thinking coach, your mission is to drive pervasive digital transformation and cultivate a customer‑centric culture. You will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding our employees to design and deliver products and services that resonate with our customers. Leveraging your expertise in design thinking methodologies, you will lead workshops, mentor teams, and instill a mindset of innovation, empathy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design Thinking Leadership : lead the charge in embedding design thinking principles throughout the organization. Cultivate a culture of innovation, empathy and customer‑centricity, ensuring these values are embraced at all levels.
  • Workshop facilitation : plan and conduct design thinking workshops, fostering creative problem‑solving and ideation among cross‑functional teams. Guide teams through the entire design thinking process, from empathy‑building, to prototyping and testing.
  • Employee training and development : mentor and coach employees at all levels, fostering their design thinking skills. Empower teams to take a human‑centered approach to problem‑solving.
  • Digital transformation : help steer the bank’s digital transformation by applying design thinking to develop innovative digital products and services. Collaborate with various departments to design seamless digital customer experiences.
  • Strategic Alignment : align design thinking initiatives with the Group’s strategic goals. Collaborate with senior management to ensure that innovation efforts support the organization’s digital transformation objectives.
  • Change management : implement feedback loops and mechanisms for ongoing improvement. Encourage teams to iterate on their solutions based on user feedback and evolving customer needs.
  • Measurement and Evaluation : establish KPIs to measure the impact of design thinking on customer satisfaction, efficiency and innovation. Regularly report on progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Market Awareness : stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the banking sector. Apply this knowledge to inform design thinking initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design Thinking, Design Strategy, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Design Thinking Coach or similar role, with a strong track record of driving digital innovation and customer‑centricity within large organizations.
  • Expertise in design thinking methodologies, including workshop facilitation, user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the banking industry, digital banking trends, and customer expectations in the digital era.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align design thinking initiatives with the Group’s overarching digital transformation strategy.
  • Change management experience that will drive cultural transformation.
  • A passion for cultivating a customer‑centric mindset and driving a digital‑first approach.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
