Management Trainee

To ensure the efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement of high-tech manufacturing processes through effective process control, deviation management, machine maintenance, and documentation in Production and Engineering Department.

Key Tasks

• Data Monitoring & Recovery
• Conducting data quality checks and identifying inconsistencies or errors.
• Communicating with relevant department management and supervisors regarding any issues related to data collection that impact the integrity of data.
• Reporting on the status of data integrity and recommending improvements.
• Collaboration with supporting department team if any issues arises.
• Documentation : prepare detailed reports on process performance, deviations, and improvement initiatives. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
