FINANCE ANALYST III - PLANT OPERATIONS

Job Overview : Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global / regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts / plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results / forecasts / budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product / conversion / material productivity analysis, driving freight / inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. Job Responsibilities : Planning and Budgeting : Assist on annual budget preparation, monthly forecast preparation, and track weekly forecast variance to provide accurate and timely reports. Inventory Risk tracking / Analysis : Prepare inventory reserve, highlight inventory risks and opportunities, and monitor inventory physical count to comply with corporate policies and risk control. Costing accounting : Prepare data, book monthly journal entries, and analyze production scrap reports. FA accounting : Familiarize with Capital Assets policy, prepare FA management reports, and lead fixed assets physical count. Other assignments : Coordinate and support annual audit, provide cross-company business support, and cross-functional support for project margin analysis. Job Requirements : At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or taxation or related. Over 4 years of working experience in FP&A Finance, with a preference for costing managerial position. Good knowledge and experience in costing of manufacturing and SAP. Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and oral. Strong will to learn and develop skills, with excellent attention to details.
