Collabera are hiring an Application Support Level 1 (Japanese Speaker) to be based out of Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
We welcome local and foreign talent for this position with minimum JLPT N2.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality App support and customer service to end users through effective communication (via phone, e-mail, and chat) and efficient troubleshooting
Resolve technical issues related to Desktop, applications, Software's.
Work well in a high energy, fast paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system
As a subject matter expert, author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users
Identify issues and log defects for software improvements
Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require.
Qualifications :
Able to speak English, Japanese - read and write.
1-2 Years of experience under technical support of customer support environment
