About the Role

We're looking for

Telemarketing Executives

to join our client's project in Ara Damansara. This is a

2-year contract role

with structured training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote products / services.
  • Engage customers, explain offerings, and answer inquiries.
  • Update call records accurately in CRM.
  • Meet daily / weekly sales and call targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.

Job Details

  • Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Training :

    • 1 week (provided)

  • Customer Base :

    • Local (Malaysia)

  • Interview Process :

    • Operations interview only (no client interview)

    Requirements

  • Minimum

    • SPM qualification

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident on the phone, target-driven, and motivated.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced telemarketers are welcome
