Job Summary
The Retail Process Architecture Manager builds the true north for our process delivery — undertake stewardship to the Distribution Centre (DC) and Retail process architecture, BPMN maps and standards that connect daily work to performance outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the process meta‑model (IDs, naming, mapping, versioning, lifecycle status) and repository operation (permissions, review workflow, change history, search)
- Conduct Business Process Mapping (BPMN) with lanes, inputs / outputs, system, performance controls and RASCI tags.
- Author and maintain Process Standards and Visual Procedure templates with clear performance linkages and usability for Retail Operations and DC users.
- Provide (to DC and Retail Operations) End-to-End Value Stream design stewardship. Uphold architecture guardrails, controls and role ownership.
- Create architecture deliverables (E2E flow blueprints, capability maps) that support decision‑making.
- Spot automation / AI opportunities early and feed the Improvement & Automation pipeline with well‑framed candidates.
- Educate stakeholders on process design, performance measures, publish architecture updates and deprecations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Overall 8–10 years of working experience. Retail / Store / DC / Logistics exposure is valued.Process mapping expertise (i.e. BPMN).Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to drive improvement initiatives.Document repository administration and lifecycle control.Project management and cross‑functional facilitation.Business architecture methods (value streams, capability mapping).Technical writing for standards and procedures; usability and findability design.Quality assurance for diagrams / standards; coaching and enablement of SMEs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
