Responsibilities :

Ensure smooth operations of the production plant.
Plan and implement maintenance and servicing schedules for plant equipment and machinery.
Maintain sufficient stock of spare parts and liaise with suppliers for purchases.
Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly production output reports.
Oversee maintenance of raw material and product quality.
Ensure supplier compliance with palm kernel quality specifications.
Participate in GMP, ISO, and MSPO certification processes.
Prepare documentation for production and lab operations to meet audit requirements.
Manage scheduled waste at the mill.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers and Directors.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred.

Willing to work shifts, 5.5 days a week, including weekends.

Must be on standby for plant breakdowns.

Meticulous and organized.

Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.

Candidates with a Steam Certificate will have an added advantage.
