Job Responsibilities :
- Enhance customer service delivery by fostering engagement and contributing to organic business growth.
- Provide technical support and perform application analysis to ensure stable and reliable system operations.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and implement performance improvements to optimize system functionality.
- Manage customer expectations effectively and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
- Handle help desk inquiries by diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, assist with system configuration, and support testing efforts for deployment and implementation projects.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience in IT Support or Application Support roles.Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines when required.Knowledge of Java, Linux CentOS, and web servers such as Nginx, Tomcat, or Apache is a plus.Experience in log analysis and performing root cause analysis.Familiarity with database systems.Understanding of the securities, trading, or financial services industry is an advantage.Job Type : Full-time
