Executive, Customer Service Operations (Shipping)

Key Responsibilities
- Establishing supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals / programs.
- Liaise with internal and external transport companies / departments for timely in-coming / out-going shipments.
- Candidates will be responsible for full spectrum of shipping document process including but not limited to shipping instructions, commercial invoices, draft BL checking, PO review and etc.
- Ensure prompt and accurate in documentation and prompt delivery of products to the buyer.
- Eyes on 3rd party documents application status from overseas and acquire in time. Ensure all shipping documents comply to legal regulations and company policy before document presents to either customer or bank.
- Knowledge with Letter of Credit (LC) preferable. Candidates will be responsible for review incoming LC, analyse credit worthiness of the LC and minimize risk of bad debts.
- Bulk shipment knowledge needed. Candidates with knowledge in bulk shipment will be an added advantage.
- He / she will be required to support traders or sales manager to manage issues that affect customer’s order if there is any.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management team.
Qualifications
Preferably Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.At least 3 years experiences in handling export documentationsGood knowledge in Letter of Credit and incotermFamiliar with container, flexibag, isotank, bulk shipments and operations.Strong problem solving and analytical skill is essential.Pro-active, team player and meticulous.Seniority Level
