Posting for Job Vacancy - Medical Product Specialist (Based Central - Southern Region)

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Execution : Implement the sales and marketing strategy to maximize sales targets.
  • Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with medical aesthetic professionals to build a robust client base.
  • Product Presentations : Deliver engaging product presentations to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of offerings.
  • Market Research : Conduct market and competitor analysis to keep the company ahead of industry trends.
  • Business Development : Identify and develop new opportunities with Key Opinion Leaders to secure a steady client pipeline.
  • Internal Communication : Participate in company meetings and briefings to stay informed about business developments.
  • Client Support : Address client inquiries and complaints promptly to foster loyalty and commitment to the company.
  • Work Management : Organize and manage weekly activities in collaboration with the reporting manager for optimal efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Attractive Candidate : Preference for candidates with a strong presence.
  • Location : Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and our HQ office at Melaka.
  • Experience : Minimum one year of working experience in the medical field.
  • Transportation : Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel within Southern Malaysia.
  • Education : At least a Diploma or Degree in Science / Marketing or a related field.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication abililities ; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong skills in problem solving, sales planning, and strategy development.
  • Motivation : Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Independence : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
