Job title : Supplier Senior Business Development
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our expansion across international markets. The primary focus of this role is to source, approach, and establish supply chain partnerships with local and regional ride-hailing platforms as well as large fleet operators. This is a sales-driven position where success will be measured by the ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and build a pipeline of qualified partnerships.
You will play a leading role in sourcing and opening doors, and collaborate with senior supply chain leaders to advance commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively map markets to identify and prioritize potential partners (ride-hailing platforms, fleet operators, and mobility providers).Lead outreach efforts, engage decision-makers, and open conversations to create new partnership opportunities.Build and nurture initial relationships with prospective partners, with a clear focus on converting them into qualified partnership opportunities for the business.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance opportunities toward negotiation and closure.Track and report pipeline development to continuously optimize business development activities and meet growth objectives.What We’re Looking For
Strong hunter mindset with proven success in sourcing and initiating B2B partnerships.Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the mobility / transportation or related industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.Commercial acumen to understand market dynamics and position opportunities effectively.Self-driven, proactive, and resilient in navigating complex markets and stakeholder environments.Nice to Have
