As a Functional Consultant, you'll not only help clients solve complex challenges—you'll also be part of shaping how we learn, share knowledge, and grow together as a team.
Your Role
As our Functional Consultant, you will have these key responsibilities :
Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
Solution Design and Configuration
Design and configure IT solutions (e.g., E-procurement, CRM, or custom applications) to meet business needs.
Ensure the proposed solutions align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.Develop and review proposals, RFPs and RQFs to determine requirements and project scope.Project Implementation and Support
Monitor project progress and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Work with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.Coordinate and participate in system testing (e.g. UAT, SIT, etc.), ensuring solutions meet business and functional requirements.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.User Training and Documentation
Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption.
Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows.Collaboration and Communication
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and challenges to relevant parties.What We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you have :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in a functional consultant role, preferably in IT solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and business process modeling tools.Experienced in procurement process / software and proficient in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer EngagementKnowledge of SQL or basic database management.Preferred Skills :
Experience with specific enterprise solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).Understanding of system architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365, SAP Certified Application Associate).What You'll Gain
