Role Overview : We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry forums.
Requirements :
Malaysian citizen (local candidates only).Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing / recruitment or HR solutions.Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.What We Offer :
