In a nutshell

We’re looking for a Market & Business Development Manager to lead the growth and relaunch of our GemBet brand in the Malaysian market . You’ll be the driving force behind our market strategy, partnerships, and localized initiatives, ensuring our products and campaigns resonate with local players while aligning with regulations.

You’ll collaborate closely with our global teams in Marketing, Content, Product, and Customer Support , shaping GemBet’s next growth phase.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Malaysian relaunch.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to strengthen GemBet’s market presence.
• Lead localization efforts for products, promotions, and marketing content.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian gaming regulations and local business laws.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align brand and market initiatives.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights into player behavior, cultural nuances, and seasonal activities.
• Support marketing and retention campaigns tailored to the Malaysian audience.
