Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at STRATEQ GROUP (Strateq Sdn Bhd) . As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data infrastructure and pipelines to support the company's data-driven initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor .

What you'll be doing

• Perform complex data model to accommodate data warehouse / data lake / enterprise data hub requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, data pipeline using data fabric / ETL tools.
• Ensure data governance and security practices are maintained according to organizational policies and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Provide technical training to clients.
• Document processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can fully leverage the solutions provided.
• Commit to project timelines, deliverables effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams and project managers, to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Any other duties as requested by the Reporting Officer or HOD.
