PROJECT SUPERVISOR WITH QS QUALIFICATIONS

Fair Distinction Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Project Supervisor with Quantity Surveying qualifications to join their team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of the company's property development projects.

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful completion of retail and property development initiatives
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues or concerns
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
Prepare and review project reports, cost estimates, and other documentation as required
Provide guidance and support to the project team, including supervising and mentoring junior staff
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability

What we're looking for

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Project Supervisor role

Proven track record of successfully managing retail or property development projects, preferably in the Malaysian market

Strong understanding of construction methods, cost estimation, and project management principles

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively lead project teams

Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools
