Overview Working Hours :

Full Time, Rotating Shift, 6 off days per month

Salary Package : RM 3,000-5,000

Responsibilities

Identify and handle customer inquiries till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction

Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.

Ensure the data is accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.

Job Requirements

Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
