Overview

FP Global was founded in 2007 in London; its Singapore chapter started in 2011 and is now the Asia headquarters for the mandates. We have made placements in the United States, London, Europe, the Middle East, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Australia. Our network has both strength and depth in the investments industry, across all functions throughout the fund life cycle. We specialise in placing mid-to-senior level professionals in financial services and technology industries. FP Global works with an attractive cross-section of the industry, including investment firms, fund managers, services providers, fintech, affiliated associations, and other industry affiliations. ABOUT THE JOB

Focus for the first 3 months includes but not limited to :

  • Source, identify and generate new candidate profiles and leads
  • Lead and develop the candidate management process for existing and new candidate generation
  • Content creation for social media channels – personal LinkedIn profile, Efinancials profile, etc.
  • Develop technical understanding on how to source candidates through various job boards, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Participate in client calls, support Managers or Lead Consultants in the proposition of Funds Partnership’s delivery capabilities
  • Participate in informative pitch presentations and provide follow-up through to fruition
  • Participate in the full 360 recruitment process with Manager or Lead Consultant

Focus from 3rd to 6th month includes but not limited to :

  • Take lead on all existing (and / or new) client calls, develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers
  • Upsell and cross-sell other business functions covered in Funds Partnership
  • Work with other business units – different desks, marketing team, and sales operations team for external outreach
  • Develop content creation to showcase oneself as a thought leader in a specified area / market
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process
  • Establish and pursue personal long- and short-term goals
  • WHY FP GLOBAL?

    We aim to promote every 6 months if the following 4 key metrics are met :

  • Achieve consistent billings
  • Ensure internal best practices are accomplished
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics and behavior
  • Each consultant operates on a 360 basis and can take a senior Biller or management career route. We have seen Associate Consultants progress to Associate Directors within a span of 4 years by following the above key metrics.
