Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (Property Developer)

At least 2-5 years of relevant working experiences in property / construction / engineering industry is required. Required spoken and written language : English, Bahasa Malaysia Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel. High integrity in carrying out duties. Responsibilities
- Manage and execute site in accordance to project master schedule
- Assist Manager in project management and construction activities
- Liaise with consultants in project matters
- Lead and control COW in quality inspection and ensuring approved materials and standards applied
- Organize consultant and contractor technical meeting and prepare minutes
- Monitor defects work’s progress and report to management
- Execute proper documentation on incoming and outgoing information
- Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the projects
- Conduct joint inspection / site walk with related parties for site issues
- Liaise with local authorities on submission and approval as and when required
