About Your Role

You will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Finance team to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic insights. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure financial strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Evaluate promotional effectiveness, support pricing strategies, and optimize trade investments in line with regional and global guidelines.

Track brand and channel performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and support initiatives to close performance gaps.

Assist in developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Mid‑Term Plans (MTP), and Rolling Forecasts. Coordinate inputs across functions and support monthly IBP reporting.

Monitor marketing spend, complete accurate accruals, and ensure timely recognition of trade investments.

Participate in transformation initiatives and manage ad‑hoc requests to improve financial processes and outcomes.

What You Need to be Successful

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Meticulous, assertive, and driven with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively across teams.

Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare is a plus.
