Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Check car keys against vehicle avail chart from the previous shift to ensure no missing vehicle / keys at station.
- Update daily manifest (new bookings, reserved cars / request, due back vehicles).
- Check & keep soft copy on VRSMENU for report nos. 01, 03 & 04.
- Ensure cars are ready for booking, walk in and sufficient vehicles for the next day.
- Check on rental agreement and follow up with client for any extension of rental and to ensure on c / card valid upon extension.
- Answering phone calls and assist customer for any bookings required directly.
- Deliver or collect car upon required by client.
- Attend to client during check out and check in with explanation of Avis SOP information given to client to avoid any dispute after rental.
- Attend breakdown when necessary.
- Vehicles due inspection to request log book.
- Check and arrange for vehicle to go for routine service.
- Assist on doing inspection when necessary / assigned by superior.
- Update monthly report & gasoline report on daily basis.
- Transfer cars to outstation when need arises.
- Daily Activity Report.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
