Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and handling day‑to‑day HR operations. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with AMD Solutions' goals and values.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of GDPMD certification and compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
