Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for timely and accurate monthly management accounts and managing year end audit compliances.
  • Ensure strict compliance and implementation of internal control policies and procedures accounting control system with standardized financial reporting formats and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Preparation in budgeting, forecast and financial analysis.
  • Provide timely and effective financial analysis, disclose financial information to ensure effective supervision of financial system and appropriate adjustment in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the implementation of financial planning and best practice.
  • Establish effective tax planning for the company and submit all return to inland revenue in timely manner.
  • Liaise closely with colleagues at all levels throughout the Company to ensure that corporate priorities, financial targets and disciplines are both well understood and adhered to.
  • Work closely with management in achieving the Company's objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.
  • Performs ad-hoc special assignments / projects and to develop contingency plans as require by the Management.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in accounting / professional accounting qualification or preferably a member of one of the professional accounting bodies e.g. ACCA, MIA, MICPA, CPA.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Independent, good interpersonal, communication and leadership skill.
  • Ability to handle multi task work under time constraint and meet deadlines.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Megan Avenue 1, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Preferably with Sage UBS Accounting Software knowledge.
