JOB DESCRIPTION
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to confirm the orders, including any amendments.
- Monitor orders and ensure that deliveries requested by the site team are prompt.
- Verify that the qualities, quantities, delivery schedules, and prices of purchases are accurate.
- Maintain up-to-date purchasing records.
- Provide overall administrative support and perform other assigned duties as needed.
