About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Uni Distribution (Perak) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for our company. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
