⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office (occasional hybrid)

What You'll Do :

🎯 Fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.

📊 Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders.

🤝 Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position

📝 Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.

📈 Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client

🔍 Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Possess bachelor's degree in any field.

✅ Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences will be an added advantage.

✅ Strong passion for sales and recruitment.

✅ Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work.
