Are you someone who thrives on numbers, loves uncovering insights behind the data, and enjoys collaborating across teams? If so, we want you on our team

We're on the lookout for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive, Cost Planning to be a key player in managing cost efficiency and budgeting in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll get to dig deep into numbers, track production costs, and partner with departments to drive real cost-saving impact. It's not just about spreadsheets — it's about strategy, insight, and results.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Crunch the numbers — assist in calculating and allocating production costs for accurate reporting.
  • Be the cost detective — analyze actual vs. budgeted costs, investigate variances, and share actionable insights.
  • Collaborate like a pro — work closely with Production, Production Strategy, Finance, and other departments to boost cost efficiency.
  • Plan ahead — support cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning efforts.
  • Tell the story — prepare clear, impactful reports and cost performance summaries for management.
  • Keep us audit-ready — help with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and financial standards.
  • Keep it current — maintain and update cost databases to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with minimum 2nd class upper or CGPA 3.0.
  • 1 year of experience in cost planning, budgeting, or financial analysis (manufacturing experience is a bonus)

    • Fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome to apply

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — we're talking pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and more.
  • Experience with SAP (MM & PP modules) in a manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
  • Someone who's meticulous, curious, and passionate about driving value through cost insight.
