Join to apply for the Workday Integration Architect - HR role at Epergne Solutions

Lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and HR business needs.
Collaborate with HR and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Workday APIs.
Integrate Workday with other enterprise platforms, including data warehouses, security systems, and middleware.
Ensure data integrity and secure data exchange across all systems.
Create and execute test plans, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Monitor system performance, build dashboards, and implement improvements.
Ensure all integrations comply with internal standards and external regulations.
Maintain technical documentation and establish best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Continuously assess and improve the integration architecture for scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and HR business needs.

Collaborate with HR and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in enterprise integrations, with a focus on Workday.

Proven experience leading technical teams and large-scale integration projects.

Strong understanding of HR business processes.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Workday certification (Integration or related modules) preferred.

Technical Skills & Tools

Integration Tools :

Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate

Workday APIs and PECI for payroll integration

Web Services & APIs :

Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT

Experience designing and managing APIs using Swagger / OpenAPI

Middleware Platforms :

MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus (preferred)

Programming & Scripting :

Java, Python, C#, JavaScript

Data & Cloud :

SQL and NoSQL databases

ETL tools and processes

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Security & Version Control :

Understanding of SSO, authentication protocols, and secure data transfer

Experience with Git and version control best practices
