Safety Data Sheet Authoring Analyst (Regulatory Affairs) - 1 Year Contract

Ecolab Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Data Sheet Authoring Specialist (Regulatory) to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role is responsible for ensuring our products meet all relevant regulatory requirements for safety data sheets across multiple markets. As a key member of our regulatory compliance team, you will play a vital part in supporting the company's commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.

What you'll be doing

• Author safety data sheets for China. Manage & coordinate day to day SDS authoring activity across the team according to priorities.
• Own processes and / or activities related to authoring SDS in the SAP systems.
• Address hazard communication related queries from the Ecolab business and customers on timely manner.
• Classify products according to the Globally Harmonized System for Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and provide guidance on classification to business.
• Participate in internal projects and business-related meetings.
• Develop and implement processes efficiency, tools, policies and strategies to ensure efficient SDS authoring process is in place.
• Work with stakeholders to support business queries and leverage processes for meet deliverable.
• Manage small to medium regulatory projects.
• Support leadership with special projects and personnel management.
