Civil Engineer (Hydrologist)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university. Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in water supply or water resources design will be an added advantage. Proficient in design and modelling software, particularly InfoWorks ICM. Strong command of English with good communication and report writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hydrologic, hydraulic analysis to solve complex water resources problems over a wide range of applications.
- Develop numerical models for hydrologic, hydraulic, and reservoir operations studies.
- Perform hydraulic design of culverts, pumps, open channels, and other.
- Design and analyze storm water management systems.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software.
- Prepare technical reports, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate flood risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Attend meetings related to technical and contractual matters when required.
