Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition, evaluation completed as per instruction and schedule, and daily or shiftly products meet schedule. Accountable to Equipment Engineering Manager.
• Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance with the Quality Policy.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment. Perform PM on equipment to minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Supervise DL to meet daily or shiftly volume. Improve process and equipment to ensure highest possible performance and optimize cycle time.
• Maintain and improve yield on current and new products.
• Ensure quality products are manufactured per schedule.
• Compliance with ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes, etc.
• Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk-Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping guidelines.
