About the Role

Are you passionate about logistics, trade compliance, and global supply chain operations? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to international trade, work closely with global partners, and play a key role in ensuring smooth end‑to‑end logistics operations.

Principal Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate production scrap activities, working with vendors, customs, finance, procurement and production teams.
• Manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes including shipment arrangements, customs clearance, and packing.
• Ensure import compliance by validating HTS codes and working with forwarders and courier services.
• Oversee import operations and coordinate shipments with buyers and 3PL partners.
• Verify and monitor forwarder invoices to ensure cost accuracy.
• Support trade and customs compliance matters as required.
• Collaborate with the export shipping team to resolve forwarder‐related issues.
• Act as a representative during internal and external customer audits.
• Analyse and control freight costs (import & export) to support cost efficiency.
• Coordinate warehouse activities related to ECN / ECR (Engineering Change Notification / Request).
• Manage and build strong relationships with forwarders for seamless operations.
• Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary in the needs of the department.
