Requirements

• Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential to effectively assist Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming industry, is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

• Must be willing to work on-site at Fizman Exclusive, Jalan Stesen Sentral, KL Sentral, 50470 Bandar Kuala Lumpur.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new gaming platforms and customer service tools.

• Must be available for immediate hiring and able to start work promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to gamers via multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, in both English and Mandarin.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to the game, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams, providing detailed information and following up on resolution progress.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the game, its features, and updates to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns.

• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer service database.

• Identify and report recurring issues or trends to the team lead to improve the overall customer experience and game quality.

• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower customers to self-resolve common issues.
