Penerangan pekerjaanOversee all finance operations including accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and cost control across business units Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including timely renewal of licenses Develop and implement sound financial and accounting policies, internal controls, and best practices to safeguard company assets Produce accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support business decisions Drive cost optimization initiatives, improve operating margins, and monitor key financial metrics Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial discipline, forecasting, and performance management Lead credit control and collection processes to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts Build, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team through talent development and succession planning Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management on financial and compliance matters
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Consulting background, preferably with banking or audit experience
- Must have experience working in Big 4 setting
- Must have ACCA, CPA, CFA or similar certificates
- Must be willing to relocate to Genting (Accommodation Provided)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance
