Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Farm renovation project and implement project tasks assigned by superior.
• Manage project work process, project activities progress to achieve completion within the deadline.
• Coordinate with all project involved parties include internal HODs and external contractors / suppliers to ensure project smoothly carry out.
• Supervise operation processes and activities are carried out in a correct, cost effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist operation manager to oversee maintenance team which comprise of electrical, mechanical and vehicle maintenance.
• In-charge of maintenance of farm machinery and equipment's to ensure lowest production interruptions, high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Constantly look for the improvement in farm maintenance process and its facilities to ensure higher productivity.
• Provide ongoing performance review, guidance and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
• Regular reporting of the department KPIs through periodic meetings and reports.
• Other duties as deemed necessary
